Terms of Service

Welcome to DC Manager (the "App", "Service", or "We/Us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DC Manager, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

DC Manager provides comprehensive financial management tools including:

• Debtor & Creditor Management: Track money you gave to others (Sales) and money you received from others (Purchase)
• Income & Expense Tracking: Record Receipts (income) and Payments (expenses)
• Money Transfer: Transfer funds between Cash and Bank accounts
• Category Management: Create custom categories for all transaction types
• Party Management: Maintain lists of customers, vendors, and contacts
• Financial Reports: Profit & Loss statements, Daily Summary, Category-wise analysis
• Data Export: Export transactions to PDF and CSV formats
• Budget Tracking: Create budgets, track expenses by category
• Bill Book: Create, manage, and share invoices with customers
• Stock/Inventory Management: Track product quantities, prices, and values
• Order Lists (Quotations): Create and share quotation lists
• Notes: Personal note-taking feature
• Calculator: Built-in calculator with scientific functions
• Currency Support: Multi-currency support for international users

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the App, you must create an account with:

• A valid @gmail.com email address
• Your full name
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 One Account Per User

Each user may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited.

4. Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following premium subscription plans:

• Essential Plan (₹39): Up to 20 stock items, up to 20 bills
• Advanced Plan (₹59): Up to 35 stock items, up to 35 bills
• Ultimate Plan (₹99): Unlimited stock items, unlimited bills, full premium access

4.2 Premium Benefits

• No banner or interstitial ads
• Unlimited exports (PDF/CSV)
• Unlimited stock items (Ultimate plan)
• Unlimited bills (Ultimate plan)
• Priority support

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4.4 Refunds

NO refund.

5. Export Limits & Credits

5.1 Free Users

• 1 free export (PDF or CSV) per app installation
• Additional exports: Watch rewarded ads to earn 2 export credits per ad
• Each export uses 1 credit

5.2 Premium Users

• Unlimited exports with no credit requirements
• No ads during export process

5.3 Export Data Usage

Exported files are generated temporarily on your device. You are responsible for the security and use of exported data after sharing.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Create multiple accounts or use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Bypass ad frequency limits or ad removal mechanisms
• Misuse the export feature to overload system resources

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

7.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all financial data you enter into the App. We do not claim any ownership over your transaction data, budgets, bills, stock items, or notes.

7.2 Local Storage

Your financial data is stored locally on your device. You have complete control to export, delete, or modify your data at any time.

7.3 Data Loss

We are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, factory reset, app uninstallation, or other causes. You are advised to regularly export backup copies of your data.

7.4 Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of DC Manager includes the following limitations:

• Stock Items: Maximum 14 items
• Bill Book: Maximum 4 bills
• Exports: 1 free export, additional exports require ad viewing
• Ads: Banner ads and interstitial ads are shown (limited to 6 per hour, 25 per day)
• Categories: Can create custom categories for all transaction types (no limit)
• Transactions: No limit on transaction records
• Budget Categories: No limit on budget categories
• Notes: No limit on notes

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

The App, including its code, design, layout, graphics, logos, and features, is owned by Amptsecurity.system and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the App or its content without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Any financial calculations or reports generated by the App are accurate or reliable
• Stock valuation calculations are accurate for accounting purposes
• Budget calculations reflect your actual financial position
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Financial losses resulting from using the App
• Errors or inaccuracies in transaction records
• Unauthorized access to your account (unless caused by our gross negligence)
• Device damage or data loss from using the App
• Loss of stock inventory data
• Loss of bill/invoice records
• Loss of budget or note data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which is $0 for free users or the subscription amount paid for premium users).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amptsecurity.system, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at support@amptsecurity.co.in.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• You abuse the referral program
• You attempt to bypass ad frequency limits
• We are required to do so by law

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Your locally stored data will remain on your device unless you delete it manually.

14. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) - For account login
• Firebase Firestore - For referral data storage
• Firebase Crashlytics - For crash reporting
• Google AdMob - For serving advertisements
• Google Play Billing - For premium subscription payments

These services have their own terms and policies. By using our App, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service.

15. Updates to the App and Terms

15.1 App Updates

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve security. You may need to update the App to continue using it.

15.2 Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Notifying you within the App (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

17. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them without restriction.
